Pontiac Grade School District #429 will dismiss at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 22, 2023 for the Pontiac Homecoming Parade which will step off from Pontiac High School at 2:30 p.m. Buses will run starting at the 2:00 p.m. dismissal time.

Students may not try out without a sports physical on file. Students may bring their sports physical with them to tryouts if one is not already on file.

We are rekindling our Morning Announcement Team at the Junior High for the 2023-24 School Year. The Morning Announcement Team is responsible for creating and distributing a morning announcement each day to all classrooms throughout the elementary district. Excited to get everyone together this coming week to share our ideas and creativity!

** At our September 6th event, Grand Canyon University will be providing SUBS for SUBS. The first 25 substitute teachers that start or complete the process will receive a sub sandwich courtesy of GCU. We will also have a GCU rep on-site to teach you more about how you can become a teacher!
