Sixth grade students at PJHS have been discussing Ancient Egypt and their beliefs about death. We have analyzed the Book of the Dead, learned about the gods / goddesses involved in the process of judging the dead, mummified apples, and each student created a sarcophagus to represent him/her self. We will be checking on our mummified apples over the next two weeks.
