Last night the Jr. High Boys Basketball team played Streator Northlawn at home. The 7th grade boys won 47-37. Ty Abraham led the scoring with 14 points, Kye Metz had 11, Braylen Duncan 8, Easton Gonder and Brady Harms had 6 each, and Karter Sheppard had 2. Their record is now 6-7.
The 8th grade boys lost 43-27. Tyson Rients had 8 points, Braylen Duncan 7, Griffin Dodson 4, and Karson Pina, Tyler Myers, Dawson Shepherd, and Sharvesh Karunakaran all chipped in with 2 points apiece. Their record is now 4-9.
Their next game is at El Paso-Gridley tonight with the 7th grade team starting at 5:30 pm and the 8th grade team slated to start right after.
