The 6th Grade boys basketball season is underway and here is a recap of their first few games. In their first game the Warriors lost 49-20 to Corpus Christi. Knox Delheimer led the team in scoring with 9 points, Aiden Melvin had 3, and Niko Harris, Evan Baird, Avery Baird, and Calvin Rients all chipped in with 2 points each.
In their second game Pontiac fell to Eureka 48-13. Knox Delheimer led the team with 4 points, Kamren Olbrot had 3, Maxx Warwick and Calvin Rients each had 2 points, and Aiden Frazier and Evan Baird each added a point.
And in their third game, St. Mary's defeated the Warriors by a score of 30-20. Knox Delheimer and Calvin Rients each led with 4 points, while Evan Baird, Kamren Olbrot, and Aiden Melvin each added 3 points each.
The Warriors are now 0-3 and play their next game on Thursday, December 11th at Herscher Limestone.
