Junior High School (6th-8th)

Sixth graders learned about the Ancient Babylonian ruler, Hammurabi, and his code of laws. While discussing the laws, we determined who the law was fair for and who it was unfair for. Students also discussed school rules and argued why some of them should be reviewed. A letter writing campaign followed. Each student chose an issue he/she would like to see changed and wrote a persuasive letter to Ms. Sorrentino. Today, six folders were presented to Ms. Sorrentino containing letters from the 6th graders. We hope she will enjoy the letters and will come talk with us after she reviews them.
