Our 7th grade students have been exploring the 8 Mathematical Practices to build a strong foundation for learning this year. Today, they focused on using visual representations to tackle a math challenge. As they collaborated with partners, they also strengthened their communication skills by explaining the reasoning behind their thinking. These valuable skills extend far beyond the math classroom and support success in all areas of learning and life!
