Disabling Reading Layout

Getting rid of Word's Split Screen

Disabling the Reading Layout within Word is actually a pretty simple task.  Open up Word and click on the Tools option in the menu bar.  Select Options from the list of options.  Click on the General Tab in the window that pops up and you should see this:

Uncheck the box in the upper right-hand corner that says "Allow starting in Reading Layout" and you're all set!
