E-Mail Setup
Outlook 2003 should prompt for username and password as you see below.
Be sure you clear all information entered in the User name field and enter your username as you see above (area4\username). Then, enter password and hit OK.
Outlook XP
You should see a prompt asking for username, password, and domain.
Enter your information as you see above. Make sure you do not enter any spaces in the User Name or Domain Name fields. Obviously, you will replace aplingtonnic with your username.
